Private equity firm Lindsey Goldberg invested in Women's Care Florida - a large Winter Park, FL based practice in 2017. WCF had grown to approximately 160 providers on its own.
In December 2020, Lindsay Goldberg sold Women's Care Enterprises to BC Partners (another private equity firm).
Activity & Geography
Since the 2017 partnership, Women's Care Enterprises has acquired other practices in Florida - including North Florida Ob-Gyn with approximately 60 providers. It also acquired new platform practices in Southern California and London, Kentucky.
