New Mainstream Capital (NMS Capital) invested in Omni Eye Specialists in 2017, then a Iselin, NJ ophthalmology practice with approximately ten physicians. At the same time, it acquired Essex Specialized Surgical Institute (its associated ASC). NMS Capital has been involved in other healthcare services verticals, including through its investments in Anne Arundel Dermatology and US Urology Partners.
Activity & Geography
Omni stayed focused in New Jersey initially, making a couple of larger add-ons. Recently, it expanded to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania with its acquisition of Ludwick Eye Center in 2019.
