Find me on:

Virginia Eye Consultants, led by Dr. John Sheppard, gives CVP a powerful new presence in the competitive Mid-Atlantic region.

Backed by Revelstoke Capital Partners, CEI Vision Partners "CVP" is fast becoming a key player in the marketplace for ophthalmology practices and surgery centers. Revelstoke made a big splash last year via its partnership with Cincinnati Eye Institute and has been acquiring additional practices throughout Ohio.

Virginia Eye Consultants is one of the premier Mid-Atlantic practices and boasts 11 ophthalmologists and six optometrists who specialize in cornea and glaucoma procedures, cataract surgery, vitreoretinal surgery, uveitis, as well as premium IOLs and YAG capsulotomy. VEC has four clinical locations and an ambulatory surgery center.

CVP will join Harvest Partners-backed EyeCare Services Partners (ESP) and Centre Partners-backed One Vision Eye Partners as a major investor in the Mid-Atlantic region.
