1. You get a toll-free number and conference ID to call on the day of the conference. There is no limit to the number of staff from your office who can listen to the conference via speakerphone!*
2. You receive dial in instructions and links to the audio conference course materials via email, so you can follow along during the presentation.
3. Listen in, follow along with the course materials you've printed out, ask questions and get the answers you need during the Q&A session.

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee. Registrants who do not dial in and/or who do not cancel 24 hours prior to the conference date are liable for the full conference fee. The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an audio conference.
