1. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a 4 digit unique PIN (Access Code) to use as your telephone login on the day of the event. This unique PIN will also allow you to listen to the audio conference again ONCE after the date of the conference within a 30 day period. This will help those participants who are unable to attend the program on the actual program date or if you are interrupted for any reason during the program.
2. No later than the day before the audio you receive "dial in" instructions and files for the audio conference course materials via email, to download & print so you can follow along during the presentation.
3. There is no limit to the number of staff from your office who can listen to the conference via speakerphone. NOTE:*One phone line connection per registration. Additional phone lines are subject to the per line registration fee. The cost Per Telephone Line for the Audio Conference is $195.00. Payment Must be Received at the Time of Registration.
4. Time is always set aside following the presentation to enable you to ask questions and get the answers you need..

Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a $50 service fee. Registrants who do not dial in and/or who do not cancel 24 hours prior to the conference date are liable for the full conference fee. The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an audio conference.
